	Health and Wellness A reader’s resource about today’s health news and issues. This publication covers local information to aid folks in leading healthy, happy lives in the Methow Valley and beyond. Full color with a circulation of 5,000 copies.

All guides are inserted into our weekly paper on the date of publication and are available for free throughout the region.
